Philip M. Andrews Represents Successful Travel Plaza Bidder

Firm Principal Philip M. Andrews represented Areas USA in its successful bid to rebuild and operate two Interstate 95 travel plazas north of Baltimore. After a hearing before the Board of Public Works on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, Governor Martin O'Malley and Treasurer Nancy Kopp voted to award the contract to Areas USA, a selection which had been hotly contested by losing bidder HMSHost.
